Nominations closed!

Thanks for the nice response IndiBloggers! The Nominations are over now and we would be here soon with the polls (hopefully on Dec.07, but bear with us if it’s delayed a bit). We look forward to a bigger response during the Polls. A few issues here:

(1) How long do you think the polls should be open? Is a week enough or too much?

(2) We have looked at a lot of free poll options and settled at Sparklit, however all free options have limitations. The one with Sparklit is that the poll results show up as soon as one votes. While we hope this does not let any bias to creep-in, we have no other option. We could have asked any IndiBlogger, to lend us the hosting facility for the polls but again this might not be acceptable to all. Do let us have your opinion on these at earliest. Our effort would be, not to delay the polls beyond Dec.15.
