As most of the submitters may not know any of them or even their credentials. Add to it the fact that the distribution of entries to any juror can be more than others, randomly or more likely that most will chose the first person on the list. Not to mention that the event isn't widely known. I sumitted blog.taragana.com to indiblogger, don't even know who he/she is! Not to mention the fact that you cannot nominate a blog for multiple categories. Fro example how can a blog be nominated for a best overall category of it hasn't been nominated in any other category.
