The IndiBlogger regards this venture as a way to recognise and honour the Indian Blogging talent. Let the Blogosphere know about us (remember the post of Jivha telling us that Indian Blogs are not even considered amongst Asian blogs?). We are happy and content to see the nominations received (although we anticipated much bigger response). We are stretching this idea a bit further and chose to post it here rather than sending individual mails to prominent IndiBloggers.
Can we have a way to actually give something as a prize to the winners of 16 categories you nominated blogs for? This prize can be anything; a CD, any software, subscription to your publication, one of your paintings, a T-Shirt, a book, a pen, infact any gift item (no cash award please). These prizes will be sent to the winner by the donor themselves and IndiBloggies will have no role whatsoever in distributing the awards. We would however mention the names of the Donors here with pride, and thank them from bottom of our hearts. As a matter of fairness we feel that a blogger should not award prize for a category he himself has been nominated for. A blogger can, however, give away prizes for one or more categories.
