- Best Humanities IndiBlog (IndiBlogs on Humanities, covering Art/Craft, Literature, Paintings, Poetry/Fiction)
- Best Entertainment Indiblog (blogs on Music, TV, Movies, theater)
- Best Sports IndiBlog
- Best Science/Technology IndiBlog
- Best IndiBlog directory/service/clique/network
- Best Topical IndiBlog
- Best Designed IndiBlog (Blogs with original designs or with major visible customizations to existing themes)
- Best Food Indiblog
- Most Humorous Indiblog
- Best IndiPodcast
- Best Travel Indiblog
- Best New Indiblog (IndiBloggers who began blogging on/after July 1, 2007)
- Best Photo Blog
- Best Personal Blog
- Best Group/Community Blog
- Best Business Blog
- Best Indic blog (Blogs written using Indic scripts, for example Devanaagari script for Hindi)
